Growth Mindset Journey for schools

Supporting Emotional Growth Mindset school

Our Growth Mindset program is designed to equip children with the tools they need to face challenges, embrace learning, and believe in themselves. Through interactive workshops, storytelling, and engaging activities, kids learn that mistakes are not failures but stepping stones to growth. They begin to see challenges as opportunities, build resilience when things don’t go their way, and discover that their potential is not fixed — it grows stronger every time they try.
By focusing on the power of effort, persistence, and self-belief, we help children shift from a mindset of “I can’t” to “I can’t YET.” This positive change not only builds academic confidence but also supports emotional well-being, helping kids manage setbacks in school, friendships, and everyday life. Parents and educators notice a visible transformation as children become more motivated, more resilient, and more willing to take on new challenges with courage and curiosity.

About The Facilitator

In many of my coaching sessions with adults, I’ve often thought: “If only this person had these tools as a child, they wouldn’t feel so stuck or overwhelmed today.” That thought became a calling.
I believe children deserve to know from a young age that they are capable of overcoming obstacles — that challenges aren’t barriers, but opportunities to grow stronger, wiser, and more resilient. Problems aren’t the end of the road; they’re stepping stones that shape us into who we’re meant to be.

Anerene Rossow

I have always had a heart for working with children. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting and guiding kids as both an au pair and an online English teacher. These experiences have shown me the incredible potential children carry, as well as the challenges they face when self-doubt or fear of failure holds them back.
I believe in the Growth Mindset for Kids program because I’ve seen how powerful it is when a child learns that mistakes are not the end, but a chance to grow.
This program is more than just lessons — it’s about giving children the tools, encouragement, and confidence to believe in themselves.
