1. Program Overview
The Growth Mindset for Kids Workshop is designed to help children develop resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset. This is an educational and coaching program, not a therapy or medical service.
2. Participation Eligibility
Children must be registered by a legal guardian or parent.
The program is suitable for children aged 7 to 12 years old (or as agreed upon at registration).
3. Health & Safety
Parents are responsible for informing the organizer of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have.
All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of every child during the sessions.
The organizer is not liable for any accidental injuries or incidents that may occur during the sessions.
4. Supervision
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians outside of workshop times.
Parents may be invited to attend certain sessions but are not required to remain onsite unless specifically requested.
5. Photography & Media Consent
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during the workshop for educational and promotional purposes.
By registering, parents give consent for their child to appear in these materials.
If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing at anerene@ar-lifecoach.co.za before the workshop begins.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees for the workshop are payable upon registration (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Fees are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the organizer.
7. Cancellations & Changes
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary. In such cases, parents will be informed as soon as possible.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information collected will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of running the Growth Mindset for Kids program.
Data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
9. Liability Waiver
While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the organizer, staff, and venue owners shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or illness sustained during the program.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By registering your child for the Growth Mindset for Kids Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
