No, the live calls are there for extra support, but they’re completely optional. Replays will be emailed each week so you can catch up in your own time or just hope on to the course content
No problem! The entire challenge is online. The in-person meetups are a bonus for locals, but not required.
This challenge gives you structure, accountability, and a supportive community. We focus on small, daily wins—so progress feels real and achievable.
You’ll get a guide during Week 1 to help you choose something meaningful and manageable. You’re not alone in figuring it out!
