This coaching will be split between free from coaching and a personal development program designed for personal growth.
The free form coaching is free for you to decide. You are able to select the topic. Example If there is something you feel needs to be discussed that doesn’t have to be related to the current conversation.
The personal development creates growth in your life. Here we follow a set syllabus, that has been designed to stimulate a deeper understanding of oneself and create a platform for growth.
